1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlowGolf ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowGolf is a tee time booking platform that connects golfers with partner golf courses. The Service includes online tee time reservations, pace-of-play tracking via the Golfer Pace Rating™ (GPR™) system, and related communications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a tee time, you agree to pay the displayed price. Prices may include dynamic pricing adjustments and GPR-based discounts or premiums set by individual courses. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation policies are set by individual golf courses. Booking fees charged by FlowGolf are non-refundable. Course-specific deposit and refund terms are displayed at the time of booking.

5. Golfer Pace Rating (GPR)

Your GPR is calculated based on your pace of play during tracked rounds. The GPR is used by courses to offer pace-based pricing incentives. Your GPR is visible to you and to courses you book with. FlowGolf does not guarantee specific pricing based on your GPR — discount structures are set by each course independently.

6. SMS Communications

By opting in during registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FlowGolf. Messages include booking confirmations, tee time reminders, and check-in notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your phone number.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Book tee times on behalf of others using false information
• Attempt to manipulate your GPR score through fraudulent activity
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm other users or courses
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

8. Limitation of Liability

FlowGolf provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for course conditions, weather cancellations, or disputes between golfers and courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to FlowGolf in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@flowgolf.io.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

11. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

GPR™ and GOLFER PACE RATING™ are trademarks of PaceMetrics, LLC. All rights reserved. You may not use these marks without prior written permission except to accurately reference the Service. FlowGolf and all related logos, names, and content on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
