When you create a FlowGolf account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you book a tee time, we collect payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details).
We also collect GPS location data from cart-mounted devices during your round to calculate pace of play metrics (your Golfer Pace Rating™, or GPR™). We do not track your personal phone's location.

By providing your phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FlowGolf. These messages include booking confirmations, tee time reminders, check-in notifications, and account alerts.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the FlowGolf platform, but you will not receive text notifications.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for FlowGolf transactional communications and account identification.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Pace rating history is retained to maintain accurate GPR calculations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
